Yes, after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by email within a few minutes.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a second email with a track & trace link. This allows you to easily track your package's arrival.
Please note: Small orders that fit through the letterbox (such as a single hat) are shipped without track & trace. You will not receive a shipping notification and do not need to be home for delivery.

In our webshop, you can easily pay in advance or afterward. You choose your payment method during checkout.
iDeal
Available only for Dutch customers. Pay directly through your own bank in the familiar online environment. No additional registration required.
Credit card
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Your payment is processed via a secure SSL connection.
PayPal
Pay quickly and securely via PayPal without entering bank or credit card information. Simply log in with your PayPal account.
Klarna (Pay Later)
Pay only after you receive your order. After delivery, you'll receive a digital invoice by email, payable within 30 days. Payment can be made via iDeal or bank transfer.
Klarna Terms and Conditions:
- You only pay 14 or 30 days after your order is shipped — you receive the goods first.
- No charges for the first reminder.

De verzendkosten vindt u altijd terug in uw winkelwagentje voordat u afrekent. Wij bezorgen in Nederland en België via PostNL.
Bezorging van pakketten
- Past het pakket niet door de brievenbus? Dan ontvangt u bij verzending een e-mail met een track & trace code.
- Soms werkt de track & trace-link pas nadat PostNL deze heeft verwerkt. Probeer het later opnieuw als u de melding krijgt: "Er zijn geen zendingen aangetroffen."
- Levering is doorgaans binnen 2 werkdagen (feestdagen uitgezonderd).
- PostNL biedt het pakket één keer thuis aan. Lukt dat niet? Dan wordt het direct naar een PostNL-afhaalpunt gebracht. U ontvangt hierover een bericht van PostNL.
Brievenbuspakketjes
Kleine artikelen (zoals een regenhoed of zuidwester) worden als brievenbuspost verzonden. Hiervoor ontvangt u geen track & trace en u hoeft niet thuis te blijven.
Tip: U kunt tijdens het afrekenen een ander afleveradres opgeven, bijvoorbeeld uw werkadres.

Bij Happy Rainy Days heeft u 14 dagen bedenktijd. Binnen deze periode kunt u uw bestelling bekijken en passen. Niet tevreden? Dan kunt u de artikelen retourneren of ruilen.
Retourkosten

- België: €9,95
De retourkosten worden verrekend met het terug te storten bedrag. Retourzendingen worden binnen 10 werkdagen verwerkt.
Zo werkt retourneren
- Meld uw retour aan via deze link
- Verpak het artikel in de originele doos of verzendzak.
- Print het label uit en plak dit op het pakket.
- Lever uw pakket in Nederland bij een PostNL-punt en in België bij een DPD-punt. Vraag om een verzendbewijs en bewaar dit goed.

Waterproof and breathable
Our rainwear is not only waterproof but also highly breathable. The fabric wicks away at least 10,000 grams of water vapor per m² every 24 hours. So you can cycle or walk without feeling clammy.
A breathability of 10,000 g/m²/24h refers to the extent to which water vapour (sweat) can escape through a fabric to the outside.
A breathability of 10,000 g/m²/24h means that 10,000 grams of water vapour per square meter of fabric can be removed from the fabric in 24 hours.
Comfortable in motion
A breathability rating of 10,000 g/m²/24h offers a good balance between weather protection and comfort during exertion. Ideal for people who are active outdoors without excessive sweating.
Combine this with a 10,000mm waterproof rating and you have a jacket that is both waterproof and breathable – perfect for active use in rainy weather.
Please note: When exercising intensively, such as cycling hard, sweating is unavoidable – no jacket can prevent this.
Maintenance tips
Proper maintenance extends the life of your coat:
- Always hang the jacket out to dry thoroughly after use.
- Wash the jacket with a special detergent such as OutdoorWash, not with regular detergent and never with fabric softener.
- The waterproof coating can diminish over time due to wear and tear

Our products are produced sustainably, in a way that is both economically sound and has the least possible impact on the environment. This means that production processes are designed to conserve energy and raw materials, minimize waste, and prevent harmful emissions.
Our raincoats are designed to be worn directly over your clothes, not over another jacket. Just make sure you leave room for a sweater, so you can still wear the jacket on colder days.

At Happy Rainy Days, we combine comfort, protection, and breathability in a single jacket. Our rainwear is designed to keep you dry and comfortable – even in a downpour.
Outside of the jacket

- Provided with a waterproof and breathable coating on the inside
- Windproof to prevent cooling
- Technical specifications: Waterproof up to 10,000 mm water column and breathability up to 10,000 g/m²/24 hours
Waterproof and breathable
The fabric of Happy Rainy Days is waterproof, windproof and breathable.
The waterproof rating is 10,000 mm. A 10,000 mm hydrostatic head means the fabric can withstand a 10-meter column of water before water leaks through. This is tested in a laboratory by placing a tube of water on the fabric and measuring the pressure at which water begins to seep through.
A 10,000mm water column provides good protection against rain and is suitable for moderate to heavy rainfall. Ideal for everyday use, hiking, and light outdoor activities.
In addition, all seams are taped so that not a drop of water can get in.

Maintaining your rainwear
Want to enjoy your Happy Rainy Days jacket, cape, or trousers for as long as possible? Follow these maintenance tips:
After use:
- Always hang your rain gear out to dry thoroughly, not stuff it in a bag or closet.
- When water droplets no longer bead off the fabric, it's time to wash your clothes with a special care product such as OutdoorWash.
- If that's not enough, you can use a jacket or trousers for extra protection.
Washing instructions
- Wash at 30°C, without spinning or tumble drying
- Always use OutdoorWash or a similar detergent for waterproof and breathable clothing
- Never use fabric softener – this will immediately affect the waterproofness.
- Wash inside out to keep the color beautiful
- Before you start, check that the washing machine's soap drawer is clean.

OutdoorWash is specially developed for the maintenance of waterproof and breathable clothing, such as rainwear and ski clothing.
